He’s spot on about Japans Auctions grading system. I’ve been watching a lot of the Sammit on KZbin and it looks like that even a lot of under the table bribery goes on for better grades.

Hey- best to google an importer that in your own state- you may find particular state laws will be a consideration- all the best
