I had a girl like this, she suffered heavily from jealousy, nothing could convince her that i wasn't cheating, not a single thing. The constant arguments were terrible. I had to leave the relationship, In her mind i was now away to start a life with this mythical mistress. She started up damaging rumours about it, because in her head the affairs were fact. Jealousy is a disease that destroys the very thing it doesn't want to lose. Our problem was she didn't recognise her jealousy at all she was hell bent on her own scenarios. Completely destroyed the relationship. I had to walk away from the relationship even though I loved her. Heartbreaking.

you walked away. I would have stayed and my 'fixer/rescuer' belief bubble would have kicked in. I would have 'saved' her. I am sooooo happy for you that you walked away. I can't fix anyone. I hope she learned from you. thanks for sharing coppertunes

False Beliefs in the mind can be very convincing, and when they are emotional, it takes work, and to separate your self from the false stories. My Self-Mastery course is designed to help people do just that.

The first 4 sessions are free to check out and honestly session 2 (abdication of power) gave me such a great perspective on my internal struggle. I ended up getting the basics and advanced courses and I still listen to all of them from time to time, to remind me about how much energy I was putting into these different beliefs, thoughts and reactions. I really cant thank you enough, Gary. This animated format also works great for you and I hope you keep at it!

This format video left me wondering how quickly our mind connects the dots and comprehends quickly when it's presented as abstract graphical illustration guided with corresponding narration.. I enjoyed your new format of teaching

Wow! Gary, three years ago I occasionally passed through your Podcast and it definatelly set in motion an internal wheel of mine; the wheel of self-improvement. Seing this video made me realize the potential amount of new people getting in touch with this insightful knowledge, that may set their self-improvement wheel too! When are the next videos coming? :) Anyways, thank you very much for sharing this precious knowledge. Thank you!

This video is off the charts for all who wants to end suffering in their lives. MAKE THE TIME to listen to it. But here is my question can we live without beliefs. If I change my beliefs doesn’t this just make a more secure ego? Just beginning free lessons with Gary. This man knows; not just intellectually but a much deeper “knowing “. I swear on all that is sacred I have no connection with Gary and was not compensated in any way. Listen to this video

I would love to learn how to do this on myself I guess it's hard to step out and really see yourself for who you are and do an inventory. I will definitely check your course out 😊

It looks hard, but i break it down into simple exercises that build on each other. Once you practice each one for a while the next lesson is easier. That's how the fastest learning happens. If you were to learn how to play a musical instrument, you begin with how to hold it.

Really informative presentation. I'm curious about a few things though. Why does the real self or ego generate all these false versions of itself? What if I can't differentiate who is the real version or ego? How then can I step out and observe?

This video was great and so helpful but what if she HAD found evidence he lied to her or was flirting with other women? NOW what happens to this story?
@garyvanwarmerdam1206

I did not present this scenario. However, I suspect each one of the parts of her mind (the different versions of herself) would have a different story about what it means, and what to do. My point? Is that I'm pointing to the issues we have with our own mind and how it can take us in circles or pull us in multiple directions at once, and that if we want to be of peace of mind, we will have to deal with ourself. . What we do about our relationships is a separate issue.
