Funny how this conversation is extended over time, but I just saw your comment from 7months ago, having just got back from a 2 day workshop with Eric Baret. I didn't pay much attention to the bodywork back in the day. For me it was just a bit of gentle exercise to help keep expanded in the california sun but this time around (especially last year) it's been like holding onto the ends of of some jump leads while somebody turns the ignition. I didn't expect that at 74 !...
