From the opening “Lumen Christi - Deo Gratias,” sung in darkness with only a single candle lit, to the chants for the Litany of the Saints, Langlais weaves melodies for the Holy Saturday Easter Vigil liturgy together to form a very rhythmic and exciting work.

Amazing... How long does it take to master playing on this instrument? Did you ever play the Passacaglia and Fugue in C Minor BWV 582 of Bach?

Mohamed Al-Dabbagh I have being playing the pipe organ since the age of ten and, although this audio file is created completely within the confines of the computer, I approach it exactly the same way as I would in a large church or cathedral. I have played the Passacaglia of Bach for years, but have never recorded it, since there are so many fine recordings out there.
