Go easy on the walking. I walked heaps as I heard the same that it will help with the delivery. While it might have helped, my water retention in my legs got pretty bad in my third trimester and when the post-natal massage lady came 1 month after giving birth, she said my legs are stiff af and is the most problematic area throughout my entire body.

Iron pill could caused constipation, find one that doesnt. In australia, we have Maltofer which is not causing constipation
