The Spellbook of Katrinia Van Tassel was such a great book. I read an arc of it and then bought it when it came out. And The Lost Queen by Signe Pike is one of my favorite books the year it came out. I need to read the 2nd book.

Happy birthday Jean ! I will always be grateful to you for introducing me to romance books with Scotish heroes (The madness of lord Ian Mackenzie and When a Scot ties a knot) for my last 40s. It was my first time reading romance books. Your video made me laugh so much that I had to read them! Your so interesting content and hard work helped me a lot in this diffult period. I also really enjoyed your work as a writer,as well ! Every child around me has received a copy of the Greek Myths as a birthday present (even in Paris, they are happy to get their copy in English!)

Congratulations on your new place! I like your pink book cart. The book about the big house in Ireland sounds intriguing. I’m in the US and am curious but have never asked this before, is your flat an apartment or a house or a condo, leased, rented, owned? We don’t say flat here (I’ve never heard it used) and I’m always so confused when I hear flat. The American narrator of a book by a British author would be so confusing! Oh my goodness I spotted The Lost Queen by Signe Pike !! It's one of my favorite book ! I listened to it and it was absolutely mesmerizing. I can't even think of another word to describe it 🥰

I'll probably read Another Day in the Death of America. I'm from America and honestly the gun culture here doesn't really make sense to me either especially when it can result in the death of children - I know most child gun injury's and deaths are the result of improperly stored guns & have been working with local groups to help educate people on proper gun storage
