I think only d as the answer Because field will fall of as 1/r3 " only" when dipole term is the exclusive contributor. Therefore c should be rejected.

I think only D because dipole moment may or may not be zero so there is possibility for higher order terms to be included in potential equation

thanks sir for such great concept analysis... sir at 17:02,practice problem ,i would like to ask if we can report option d as answer by saying that field due to such a system will anyway be conservative,therefore irrespective of dipole concept,work done will be zero only? also sir, a request,please if possible make a video on concepts of radial coordinate system and its application at jee advanced level,i still find hard to interpret the q.r.e term at 5:50 to 5:55

In last video of that fluid mechanics and optics question.in practiseprob 1 at12.48min does there is diff when hole does present at water lvl and in second case when hole present under some depth inside water

sir i want to ask u a doubt about a famous carpet problem in that question there are three parts -a upper part,arc part and lower part.as total length of carpet is constant so for some time arc length remain unchanged so length of increase of upper part is equal to rate of decrease of lower part

actually sir i want to ask u that in famous carpet question as length remain unchanged .Also sir for some interval of time length of arc part will remain unchanges so the increase of length of upper part is equal to decrease of length of lower part .is this thinking correct i m not getting idea how to approach that question also the sol available on internet are just look like they have cram the solution . how can we think of it by another method or is this question is solvable by my method
