good review...i like the styling (only thing i would change is the front overhang), however i look forward to the 4x4 version. Also this isnt actually based on the same platform as the tonale. its the same as former PSA products.

Having read Car Magazine since 1966 and a subscriber for around 30 years in Norway I had to abolish the subscription as I had no more space for more magazines although I regard Car Magazine as by far the best at that time with in depth reviews and fantastic photography and LJKs superb articles. What I hear -- is that Jeep Avenger is currently the best vehicle based on this specific Stellanthis platform. Basically that, EV tech. is still moving rapidly -- being the latest, it's got in respects better tech than it's platform brethren.

Excellent choice of off-road hilly location in Spain for this new Jeep Averger Review. Optimal amount of Electric power set up may be right to produce the torgue required to drive on the sandy, or muddy roads. Front wheel drive configuration may also be useful for rallye run, resembling with the legendary Lancia Fulvia V4 coupe. Always enjoy your review, James. Another good job well done!

Finally. Since FIAT took over, they make proper CARS. You know, Cars? For the normal Road? So you finally don't have a wobbly and loud Offroader, but a proper Car, that can Offroad a little bit.

I would like to ask…i m in a dilemma and I was wondering if you could help me.I live in Cyprus where the longest distance is aprx 200 km and only once a month I have to go that far.Usually it s 35km to go and back. I m interested for the basic models (cheapest) of the following: Jeep Avenger 56 kWh(€38500), Nissan Ariya 63kwh(€40500) and Hyundai Kona 64kwh(€42500). Which one would you recommend? Thanks

Your Jeep for your test must have been bettered prepared. The model provided to Matt of CarWow broke down FOUR times during his U.K. test and the video can no longer been found.

"Affordable" is quite an overstatement for a rebadged Peugeot 2008 that can't do more than a Fiat Panda Cross! It is sad to see Jeep going down that path...

Yes! This! I’m over 6’ and the size of the car in terms of headroom and legroom are essential information for me. Modern cars are often so pokey but the short arses don’t think about that!

0:11 Wrong. It's been available as a petrol as well from day 1, and has outsold the EV by 86% to 13%. Rotten review, when you're wrong from just 11 seconds in.

It's not a jeep... it's a Stellantis .... Jeep was no longer a brand the minute it was sold to an international megacorp that obeys ESG garbage. Jeeps are for off roading, not 'efficiently' FWD zipping around London. RIP Jeep.

Stallantis is a Holding company. that owns car brands such as Peugeot, Citeron, Fiat, etc. Jeep is manufcatured by Fiat and the Fiat Multi air won the best 1.4 engine .
