How would I press in the axle pin, if I don't have that air press. I am using all hand tools!!

Put the axle nut on til it evens out with the axle shaft, spray some blaster on the splines and smack that bad boy with the biggest hammer you got

If I need to do just the inner tie rod do I have to take everything off still.

John Ferra loosen the nut on the back of the outer tie rod. Remove outer tie rod from steering knuckle. Spin outer tie rod off of inner tie rod. Remove inner tie rod boot then inner tie rod. Install inner tie rod, install boot. Spin nut on then reinstall original outer tie rod
