Jeep Commander Mysterious Noise

Mine makes a grinding noise, when I turn the wheel when it’s parked. Or when I reverse, the noise usually starts happening after the car is warmed up. Also happens when I brake on the road to make a complete stop then makes it again when I make an initial press on the gas from a complete stop.

I thought that was a tie rod not a sway bar I feel dumb
