For 40L you get Grand Cherokee (Overland), Wrangler (Willys) in their home country. I have no clue why Tata and Mahindra and not building something like that. We have all the resources available and still couldn’t understand market vs manufacturer mindset.

The Jeep Compass offers exceptional driving dynamics for its price, surpassing those of at least one car segment above it. If you enjoy driving, especially on long trips, you'll appreciate the stable, consistent power delivery and outstanding suspension setup. This car inspires confidence when driving at high speeds, without causing too much fatigue. Personally, I love this car, although I prefer the manual transmission version. I do hope that Jeep releases a 4x4 manual model in the future.

I agree JEEP compass design is old. But the performance is so amazing. True jeeplover may disagree to this video. Xuv700 and safari is people mover and Kia and Hyundai are no comparison to jeeps safety. BTW black shark comes in black too.

I am not completely thrilled by your analysis. Especially when you talked about the comfort, feel of the cabin and the presence of the car. Not sure why you found it cheeky but this is the most purposeful built car, not insanely oversized, not too small, more than adequately powered for its size and absolutely blast to drive on road. This is not a car that you can really judge by a drive to Lonavala. Been driving this one, a 4x2 in Banglore’s traffic, and to the Himachal and NE spaces. That’s the drivers SUV you have. Anyway, it wasn’t what I thought it would be so … lacks the energy and conviction. Cheerz

If you need ADAS and LANE assist in India. You should probably stop driving. Yes you get features in cheap cretas and kia's but the stance and plush feel you get in a Jeep is 1 segment above the rest.

Idk why people are so much for tech and they just dnt care the same engine. FYI ADAS is garbage when it comes about India. I would rather not pay for something which has no use. It will hamper my driving experience and i always feel, when it is about driving you dnt need computer to decide what needs to be done. It is you who is driving and never ever should a tech takes a control of your car

Well i got to say, this is probably one of the most misinformed, shallow reviews from powerdrift. Bland and full of weong information. The reviewer says the digital instrument cluster is 10.25 inch, which it is not. Its tucked between analog speedo and tacho which Rohan would probably prefer. The 4X4 isn’t reserved for the topmost variant. The blackshark is based on the limited variant and limited also has the 4x4 automatic. I’m a 6ft tall person and with ky driving position, another 6ft person can easily sit behind me. Also, the seat is stiff which is amazing for long journeys. Literally next to no tiredness even after covering 1000kms. Ventilated powered seats are in model S. The suspension is very well sorted in both good and bad roads. It’s stiff but the right kind of stiff. The infotainment screen is one of the best I’ve ever used. The resolution, the operations are just amazing. Very high quality. Looks, well the compass looked killer in every shot in the video as well in ky opinion. There are flaws, there’s some rattling issues reported by users? The boot is not very spacious among others. I’d rather say, go back to Rohan’s review of the compass from 2021 in the same channel. Very well put together.

Channe khaane wale badam ki paadhe nahi maarte. Jis cheez ka patah nahi vahan gyaan matt chodo. ADAS is essential for our country where drivers, pedestrians and animals are all in constant chaos. Been using the system in my Volvo for 3+ years.

Ye bacha kaun hai bhai? How much experience you really have in reviewing cars. Good things are also bad in this guys opinion. Also features are not everything! Its a Jeep, built quality, reliability and longevity. Buyers like you will always buy a tata and mahindra for 30L, its a joke honestly. I drive a Jeep Compass 4x4 Auto and can tell you its clearly the best benchmark in the segment, pls dont compare tata and mahindra with this. Brand value of Jeep is much higher, Toyota Hycross is also more sensible than Tata and Mahindra. Really our autojounalists need to be more learned and give 360 view. not all in a car is bought seeing specs and features, its a package and experience you buy!
