Ian's bed idea is spot on. I so love this truck. It fondly reminds me of the one my Grandfather had in the late 50's. As I remember his had a 6 cyl engine. The bed looked almost exactly as the one Ian built. What a super truck this would make as a ranch truck for a hog culling, mud capable vehicle here in East Texas. With the adding of a winch in the bed to load the culled hogs would be my idea of a perfect bucket list vehicle. Sure beats the crap out of a side by side ATV. Love what you do and the channel. Looks good. I am sure there is still a lot of work to be done, but you should add access to the enclosed area behind the rear tires. Would be a great place to store recovery gear, etc. You could use the same type of door and latch that was used on the front corner of the bed.

Just having a complete M715 would be more awesome than the fc. Doing a square bed on this rig is the right call, that would have been the route I would have taken first off.
