GS and Wrangler can't be compared together because each one was designed for different purpose. GS is an Onroad/Offroad vehicle with comfort, luxury and excellence Offroad performance. Wrangler is an Offroad vehicle with extraordinary performance but not comfortable, not luxurious and not stable at high speed. It is nice how you push the limits of this rig.

I stumbled across your channel a couple weeks ago and I am amazed by your Grand Cherokee. Enough so, that I located a 2015 Overland model that I am buying. I’ve been an avid off roader and Toyota loyalist. I’ll be trading my 2020 Tacoma for the Grand Cherokee. And although the Cherokee is 5 years older, the tech and features are far more advanced in comparison to my Tacoma. Great content. If you’re ever in Northern Nevada, send me a message. We will hit some trails.

Having ran this trail within the last 2 weeks, I'm surprised you didn't take one of the lines on the left side ultimately. I did it in a stock height 4 door jlu on 35s , but went for the easiest line I could find on the wall. I think you wouldn't have had a break over issue. We had a Cherokee trailhawk with us, and I think if he had mts and aired down a bit more he would have made it.

I'd love to hear yours or anyone else's thoughts on why having the petrol engines are so popular in the US? Here is Australia Diesel engines are by far the most popular option for 4x4 vehicles. My GC Trailhawk is diesel and its a superb Engine with great power and more importantly an abundance on torque. It's so tractable in any situation especially when it's towing My 20'6 caravan, not mention the fuel economy. Would be awesome to get your opinions on the subject. Keep up the great work mate, love watching you and your mates having a great time on the tracks.

diesels: less CO2 (environment) than gas engines but unfortunately more harmful to human emissions = nitrogen oxides ( nitrogen dioxide, nitric oxide and greenhouse gases ) which cause cancers, heart attacks and so on ...

Zero chance of not getting high centered on that line in a WK. I understand the reluctance to be anywhere near that hole but the appropriate line was to straddle it favoring left to right as you go up then coming back left once the rear tire clear the huge hole.

BRO ! I see this happan so many times trying to take a "STOCK"! 4WD out on a rugged trails. and you saw and felt how hard it was to do it. if you going to try doing it again you need to "MOD"/upgrade your tire/rims/shocks lift. The rest of your jeep grand cherokee set up will work find you just lacking in the tires/rims/ suspension department. sume set up suggestion for your jeep .1st a 2" lift kit to run a bigger tires. your said you riding 31" tires with a 2" lift you be able to run a 33" tire. cuz the tires are going to the most expense part of your build. 2nd go with 15"x 12.50 size rims. Dont go with those 17" which all the rage. only if you running 37" tire which will fit on your jeep. If you budget dosn,t allow you to buy a good top end off road tires. check out kenda tires. They gotta alot a good reviews as a good starting for off-road/overlanding tires. Do that and I guarantee you find your next overlanding experience will be way much better and funner for you too.
