Hi Dad Diaries, I have removed both pulleys like you have successfully. I have also removed the nut/thread for the belt tensioner too. The belt tensioner is loose. However I am having problems actually removing the belt tensioner itself altogether. Any ideas what to do? Many thanks Vince

Hello again. I've put the new belt tension on as well as the serpentine belt. Now I have to remove the pin from the belt tensioner? What is the procedure for this? And is there a torque setting for the belt tensioner. I know the pulleys are 53Nm as yoit video suggests. Any ideas. Many thanks Vince

I've changed some idlers that were way harder to do than that and I've done some that were easier. I'd say yours wasn't bad at all. A little snug but not bad. Still doing ok for toilet paper?

Hey Bruce, yeah it wasn't a bad job at all. I remember changing one in an old Rover that was a complete arse. Yeah we have a sufficient supply of loo roll :) lol
