Jeep LJ Build - Stretching the Frame!

Bec's Jeep LJ build continues! Now that we know we'll be performing an LS swap, the next step in this Jeep Wrangler overhaul is stretching the chassis and getting started on the wiring!

Super job! How nice to have all the tools, equipment and a beautiful helper! I rebuilt a 1961 Willis Jeep when I was sixteen years old from the shackle bolts up under primitive conditions, including using an old swing set I modified to pull the engine for a complete rebuild with a come along. You've got a sweet shop. Thanks for sharing.

Mechanical fan is the only way to go. 2005 Colorado fan and clutch assembly works perfectly. Even on a 100° day in the desert of Eastern Washington. Just make sure you have a big radiator.

Holy cow! That gas tank took several days but turned out great. I hate messing with fuel and the gas tank. Wiring is also not a favorite thing of mine.
