Jeep Patriot / Dodge Caliber front subframe trick

I used a different method. I removed the 16mm lower motor mount bolt from above . Used a 3/8” swivel and 3/8”16mm socket and about 2feet of 3/8” extensions on a 3/8” ratchet. Came off without using a cheater. Not too bad. Had to remove the air intake housing to gain access first. Had to go below and check and place socket securely on bolt before loosening. Another trick and didn’t cost me any special tool purchase.

Freddy Carr that wrench belonged to my bosses brother and he got that from our Mac Tool guy. But I'm sure they're available online. Most tools I buy online come from ToolTopia.com so check there maybe. They have good prices.
