The solution at least on jeep end is to stop trying to make wrangler a luxury item and leave that to the other models. Keep wrangler the cheaper off road utility survivors vehicle its supposed to be. The extra packages need to be better fine tuned cause there's things people commonly want separated into packages with things people don't want. like remote start stop (good) combined with heat seats and garage door (bad). and getting front and rear cameras(good) but its combined with automatic head lights(bad).

Well, first of all he was underpaid. 40 million to run a multinational car company like stellantis is an absolute joke. This isn’t 1990 anymore. There are baseball players and football players that make more than 40 million a year now so they need to get the lock off their wallets to attract the best CEO they can get. They also aren’t going out of business. They’ve announced an across-the-board MSRP cut on Wagoneer grand Wagoneer and grand Cherokee and the dealers are discounting. The prices are very very competitive now and the Wagoneer is a very, very competitive vehicle.

@@Ryan2022 maybe but their reliability will be suspect, hell they break down almost as much as a Range Rover. You'll need two if you want a daily driver.
@Ryan20228 күн бұрын
@ they don’t break down. I have a ram it doesn’t break down. These idiots are counting a software reset or a phone, not connecting to CarPlay on the first try every time as some sort of reliability issue, which is utterly absurd.

I heard about the car business issues several months ago. Yes they saw it coming at the beginning of this year.

Main problem is pricing with Jeep, and need to focus in improving reliability. Jeep brand is still extremely valuable and the product portfolio is actually quite fresh... New management is exactly what is needed.

its no mystery but breaking up Chrysler into Dodge Ram Chrysler and Jeep. didnt hide the fact that they have always been horrible quality cars!

these CEO's are really dumb! they knew the Covid Bubble wouldnt last forever yet they kept building these over priced POS cars and pick ups!

Hmmm?, I can buy a loaded pro 4x for less than 50g. A new loaded rubicon 70g plus. 20 g in my pocket sounds better.

Too many models in their range. Rationalise it. Lift your reliability and build quality. Keep building crap and nobody will buy them.

Jeep and Ram are not going anywhere. Wether they split the brands, sell the brands, etc. They are not going out of business regardless of this fear mongering video.

Building very expensive products that don't sell isn't exactly a recipe for success. That coupled with a make believe Mopar Hornet might be the last nail in their coffin

One way to fix it. Cut the cranked price. That deliberate and well known inflation of price by the leadership of stallantis is the root of this. Along with the jeep fad for parking lot lovers.
