When young the wife got new mom cars, and I drove old but repaired 100% serviceable cars. The benefit of that for me is in my current ride. I drive a 95 ZJ with new motor, transmission, front axle, steering and brakes. The car was crazy cared for, and never went off-road hard so no tears, cracks, dings or dents, and absolutely every Larado option works. What a gem in a simple and cheap machine. I have 5 grand in it because I got it for free with a blown motor. Nothing new can touch it short of 40 grand or so. The only hard part is I have to do most of the work. For me I do get to have the car I always wanted. I just have to wait 20 years and make it myself. lol But the pay off is huge because we made awesome cars 20 years ago, and today they can be free. Just imagine what I was driving 20 years ago that I paid 400 bucks for. Oh wait I can still drive it today because it's still out there, and still 100% repaired and serviceable. A 73 340 Duster. Drive it like you stole it!

Scored one of these bags yesterday out of a KJ. Noticed there are a few different variations to them, and now I'm on a mission to collect 'em all like Pokemon.

Literally a couple days after watching this video I went to the junkyard and found one of those Jeep bags. Thought I’d never actually see one

They are an awesome find! Most people take them with them when they junk the Jeep, but sometimes you get lucky

all subarus have the damn dog paw marks. you would think subaru would have improved that by now and/or someone would have made a protective hard rubber cover for the subarus
@DEInTheGarage6 жыл бұрын
Considering most Subaru people tend to be dog people, you are totally correct!
@MrMrsregor6 жыл бұрын
i think rugged ridge makes one for the wranglers. i should go into business making them for the subarus ! i am a XJ man but my wife drives a subaru. the xj center consoles holds up just fine with my dog standing on them, but the fancy leather subaru consoles do not.

Need help my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee stalls and turns off when I stop. I cleaned the air filter, changed the spark plugs replaced transmission shift solenoid put a new battery. Any advice would be helpful thanks.

Jesse James I sure you've figured it out by now, but im curious to know. Was it the throttle position sensor?
@WeKnowTheTruth20125 жыл бұрын
sounds like sensor crap. I know the WJ has way more sensor issues than the ZJ XJ and TJ/YJ SJ because CHRYSLER!!!! anyways its still a fun car for the low prices they are right no

I know my 1997 jeep grand Cherokee the ecu pcm computer needs to be repaced.
@654Crossman3 жыл бұрын
Have you ever replaced the crank position sensor? That fixed it with mine, until my pcm started messing up. Got a rebuild at the junkyard, and it's been good since. What engine does yours have?
@654Crossman3 жыл бұрын
@@redd7963 it's fairly common. I just slapped a rebuild in mine, and it's been fine since. You can determine whether it is the pcm or not, by moving the pcm connectors. If you wiggle one and it stalls, you know your pcm is going to need replacing.
