Thanks a lot Jeet…for the first time I could activate my tricep using skull crusher exercise. Also thanks for bent over barbell row video…I was able to activate my back muscles safely….my shoulder under went surgery after which I couldn’t develop my arms and have become obese…thanks to your videos I am able to regain confidence to perform exercise safely….most important lesson I also learnt from you is that amount of weight is not important but form is important….I only use ez bar in order to prevent my wrist and shoulders…thanks a lot for sharing correct form.

Very bad. fix your shoulder first then your your form by using light weight. lift weights from your muscles and not joints.
