this is because you *DONT* squeeze your shoulder blades and you flex your wrists too much while lifting. Always squeeze your shoulder blades and keep your wrists aligned with your forearms throughout the motion. Never flex your wrists like you do when you bend your wrists 90 degree to your forearm

Hi, in Arm Angle, we already retract shoulder so it should not damage shoulder. Arm should come straight towards upper chest. As This machine is already designed in such a way that we don't have to worry about Arm Angle. Make sense?

Jaise aapne bola half rep lagana sahi nahi hota hai. Mene aaisa khud mai notice kiya hai jaise mai 3 set laga leta hu 10-20reps k with full range of motion with proper form. Uske baad mai kabhi kabhi 4th set lagana hota hai toh kuch half reps bhi lagata hu toh usmai bohot aacha pump milta hai toh kya vo galat hua? Or bohot se pro fitness athelete or bodybuilders bhi half reps lagate hai or bolte hai ki pump milta hai. I'm not questioning your knowledge just kind of asking ki agar half rep bhi proper form k sath lagae toh kya vo bhi galat hai?

Vaibhav Thamman half reps se pump milta h feel hota h but wo lactic acid ke produce hone par hota h.. agar muscle growth chahiye to wo full reps mein milega.. Aur wo pro aapne samne se nhi dekhe honge wo bas videos k liye half reps aur reason same h usse pump aata h aur video mein logo ko pump hi dikhayenge tabhi log dekhenge. Hope it helped
