Jo biceps ko zarurat se zyada train nahi karta aur week me ek baar basic exercises karta hai, 1st week 2 exercises 2nd week 3 exercises 3rd week 2 exercises 4th week 3 exercises, wo v not with excessive weight and same movement. Unka biceps adcha banta hai👌🏽👌🏽.

Sir in your previous videos for how to grow bicep peak and width you told us that rotating inwards of shoulder gives tension to long head of bicep and outwards gives to short head but this time you changed the angles which fall me into confusion like you mentioned in this video giving outwards will give you tention on long head and inward for short head can you please clear this confusion I would be very thankful for your help

Thanks for noticing that, good job! Well, It was a slightly different variation and technique with outward rotation in a preacher setup, that can be applied on the same variation of curling exercise. Now, Exercise science is evolving as we get more tools to track the muscle activations in the labs now a days (through EMG). And in this video I have given some new techniques according to the latest understanding through these findings. Best is you use all of them correctly and find out what works for you. okay brother :)
