he proves that getting better doesn't mean to run faster scales and shredd all over like a maniac, what most young guitar players think, what it really means is to synthesize your vocabulary to the most efective and powerful tonal qualities. hey but that's why there are millions of "guitar players" and just ONE Jeff Beck.

Jeff can make a guitar not sound like a guitar. This landscape of notes has the sound of a horn, a voice, and a guitar. Jeff's mastery of each part of the stratocaster is a beautiful expression of his feelings, and they are beautiful.

I Love the song! I discovered Jeff Beck when I used to drive up to Cocoa Beach, FL and they had this Jazz station called "THE GROOVE" ( out of Melbourne, FL.) and it was the BEST jazz station I ever hear! They played a LOT of new artists I never heard about like Duncan Millar, Jeff Beck ect., and this is the song they played the most. (Sadly, as it was a listener-supported station, THE GROOVE unfortunately went off the air in 2015. I was so sad.

Players like Clapton sometimes get accused of being unoriginal because the style they created is so easy to play that most guitar players can manage it. Jeff on the other hans plays in such a way, that nobody can come close. He is one of few 60's guitarists which can't be imitated. See any lesson videos on his song on KZbin? No, because guitar teachers don't know how to play like him. Jeff is the most awesome player on earth. Peace out.

Jeff Is my Fav. I've been playing lead guitar for many years and Beck is the Best-You will never hear anyone Play notes like him-he's a master of the tremolo and volume-his note bending is unreal-the best way to learn-"Cause we've ended now as lovers" is to listen to Sereeta sing the original version written by Stevie Wonder-Beck is that good-it is so frustrating to try and learn Beck by listening to Beck.-

I doubt it. I mean... of course you can emulate Jeff. Maybe play a song like Jeff, but never play a note like Jeff. Jeff is unpredictable. You may have discovered how he reacts and stuff, but on a live show, you never know what his going to do next. That's what makes Jeff so awesome. Every player can be emulated, but nobody plays like someone in particular. 'xcept for these metal heads who plays the same legato lyrics all the time. But aside from that.
