"If the mix goes off abit it's because I'm focusing on the 3rd turntable" - jeff mills LEGEND

My image of “the wizard” is totally off. He is more of a college professor in person and some wild untamed Gandolf Magical mystic Merlin on the turntables.I can’t imagine him doin those scratching and myxxin on Wjlb!!😎🤘🏿🌿🌍

This guy did things with 4 (!) turntables at the same time that DJ's today can't even do with 4 Pioneer CDJ's........

Jeff was a Detroit Legend way before he became an international DJ. The Wizard radio show on WJLB inspired a lot of DJ’s in the Metro Detroit Area in mid 80’s and early 90’s

I heard Jeff by accident back in 95, he was my musical compass from that point on (pardon the pun). Off kilter Latin beats fused with jacking techno & outer space......... I’m in!!!

managed to catch the last 30 mins of his set in manchester at warehouse project in december last year! Jeff is still going strong, if you get the chance even in a neighbouring city or country even, you should attempt to go hear him play because he might not be doing it for much longer; the guy is getting on age wise.
