I am a Gen Xer. So maybe I am not caught up with the times, but to hear a man compare another man's physical skills to that of a women is demasculating. I would hope that a male professional basketball player was capable of beating a female professional basketball player one-on-one. If he couldn't then perhaps he doesn't belong in the NBA. There is no win or bragging rights for males that compete physically against a woman. There is only a loss for him. So what was the male trying to prove by saying Bronny could beat Caitlin? Beating Clark doesn't mean anythihng to his career.

I really hope we see Caitlin in a 1v1 with a star NBA player or two, for fun, not to prove anything. I think she would do better than some might believe. Obviously pitting Clark against a giant like a Labron would be illogical. But don't write off CC's BB acumen, and her fierce competitiveness. Match her against a Steph Curry, and I think it would be fun to watch. It would also draw millions of eyes (good for the W and the NBA) and generate many millions of dollars. CC is the first woman BB player I see as a viable choice to compete against an NBA player for entertainment purposes.
