I am an actor and content creator with Hollywood credits including roles on Lucifer (Netflix), Starlight Christmas (Hallmark), JT Leroy (Universal Studios), etc. In this channel, I offer insight to Kpop performances using my 10+ years of training in dance, acting, singing and overall performance. im so glad that NCT as a whole is finally getting the recognition they deserved from the beginning. There has been reactions before made to them, however, after Kick it, the reactions sky rocketed from their old dance practices and their most recent ones. Taeyong's dancing kills me, he's so fluid and has so much charisma. It blew my mind when I found out he had no previous dance training before joining SM. He's a natural performer and I never get tired of seeing him dance. I can't wait until you react to Baby Don't Stop with Ten and Taeyong. NCT's whole group concept is based on dreams and dreaming. So most of what they do has something to do with some aspect of dreaming or being in a dream state. So in NCT-U's "Boss" MV, what I think you see being depicted in the ceiling of the dome is something to do with the fact that it is all a dream, as well as pretty much everything that is happening in the MV. It all has to do with a dream. As you saw, "Boss" has 7 members -- Taeyong, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Winwin, Jungwoo, Lucas and Mark. But NCT-U's sub-unit is designed so that the group is constantly changing and rearranging so don't expect to have 7 members every time in NCT-U songs.There is no telling how many members or even who will be included in any of NCT-U's songs. (In "The 7th Sense," for example, there were only 5 members, however, only 4 of the members who were in "The 7th Sense" are in "Boss.") They actually went all the way to the Ukraine to shoot the MV for "Boss." If you want to see a behind the scenes of shooting the MV there are 2 behind the scenes videos on NCT's KZbin channel. kzbin.info/www/bejne/r2awfJucprJ7jpo, and kzbin.info/www/bejne/fJ2yhZylma9krLM, as well as several Vlog videos that were shot by the members during filming for the MV. (NCT are kind of known for their Vlogs and several members pretty much document all aspects of their daily life, and SM posts the videos on its KZbin channel/NCT's channel.) And, as you know, Lucas is the blond guy with the turtleneck sweater in this MV. "Boss" came out in 2018 and this was Lucas' official debut as a member of NCT. This is how he was introduced and at the time everyone wanted to know who the cute blond guy was. But for us fans who have been following NCT since day one, we already knew Lucas. As you know, Lucas was actually first featured as an extra in Ten's "Dream in a Dream" solo MV in 2017. Also as you might have noticed, Ten was not in "Boss" even though he debuted as an original member of NCT-U, as you saw in "The 7th Sense." However, this MV was shot at the same time as "Baby Don't Stop" -- which is a duet with Ten and Taeyong -- and it was also filmed while they were in the Ukraine. So Ten was there with the rest of the group, he just wasn't part of "Boss."

No hate on the produce 101 guys, but seriously, no one can cover NCT songs and make me think "wow they're really good" because NCT just has their own style and they set the standard so high that even if you have the talent, I can't watch someone covering NCT and think "oh wow that's good" just because of NCT. I think when I saw covers for other artists, of course the artist themselves are always the best, but the covers can usually surprise me and think that they're pretty good, but with nct, that has never happened tbh. Again, no hate to the produce 101 boys though

I will still never get over the fact that Taeyong sold his soul to SM for a piece of toast XD but for real his stage presence and performance are just another level, in your own time or as a reaction you should watch a video called Taeyong on vs offstage then you'll truly get it. Also please check out Baby dont stop by NCT U it has Ten and Taeyong in it( and you'll truly get a whisper in it)! For the dance portion id recommend seeing a stage performance just because I believe Taeyong had an injury (back I think) during the dance practice

FUN FACTS!😉 1. if you watch the boss MV at 0:11 you can see that lucas actually tripped a little while doing the choreography 2. when lucas was balancing on chair during his rap part. there was actually a man in green pulling his chair from the back😂

Yeah Winwin didn't have any lines and it's so sad 😭 barely any screentime. He's doing a lot better in WayV and the members are encouraging him to be confident in the lines he's getting it's so adorable and beautiful 😩💚
