I’ve been practicing semen retention for about a year and a bit since I was 19. 2021 was full of relapses, but it’s a matter of what you learn after you relapse . By no means should you give yourself an excuse to keep relapsing but always pick yourself back up if you do. I’m at the point now where I lost myself to find myself again. Before I found your podcast I was starting to become more mindful of my thoughts for the first time ever in my life and I began to see changes.
