I got a 01 7.3 single cab with a 73/66 ball bearing turbo, 205/30 ffd injectors, jeli built tunes, t500 hpop and built tranny. It’s honestly really fast but probably would still get fkd by a 6.4 on a 300 tune. Haven’t raced one but I test drove one and it was a whole different animal

I’ve had some custom tuning from a few different places for my 7.3 but hands down jelibuilt is the best. Used to have 1023 and they were good but for my liking jelibuilt for the win.

I jus bought some jelibuilt tunes but I think they sent me splitshot tunes idle is very choppy will be calling em tomorrow. If I can get that idle fixed I think I’m going to like them way better than my 1023 tunes. They already seem like they make more power

Change the spring in your fuel pressure regulator. The sweet spot for fuel pressure is 65psi. Your injectors will be much happier and you’ll be taking full advantage of them then.

The problem about bigger injectors is that EGTS go crazy when towing have stage 1 injectors with a DP tuner pull a 28 ft in close trailer even with it on tow tune still runs high egts this is 1 of the things I hate about my 7.3 I have 1 good thing to say is I broke a piston in half many years ago going to my cabin 200 miles away half way there broke the piston and it made it there and back home with 10.000 pound’s behind the truck plus drove the truck for another 5 day until I got the truck to my buddies diesel shop that was amazing my 6.0 could never do that this is y I still have the truck

The last vid of the 7.3, it was the best 7.3 I’ve seen and man I started tearing up idk why I did I just felt bad he spent lots of money on the ole 7.3 especially on the tune, air intake and the 5 inch straight pipe
