It did not matter what time this woman googled a dumb question like that......i recently had to call 911 for my friend & all that mattered in those few moments was getting medical help FAST FAST so while 1 person stayed on phone with 911 & listening to 911 instructions the other person turned on lights open propped front door cleared hallway etc. Our focus was on getting HELP - so for anyone to stand and google omg just that nomatter what time just sounds crazy
