Really good demo. I like that you showed how to 'ease' in the edges. Also helpful is your st ratio at the top of the sleeve. I believe a key to success is to plan ahead, that is being sure to work the Stockinette st on all edges that require seaming b/c that makes the sewn seam look finished. I've seen many pattern instructions to dec or inc at the beg or end of rows which results in an ugly seam; best to dec or inc one or 2 sts in from the edge.
