This weekend I made the coconut chicken bites (using coconut yogurt to make the sauce). They were so could I could have eaten them every last one by myself!!! (I halved the recipe and used a pint of ugly chicken - it made 21 bites). SOOOOOOO delicious!!!! Adorable help you have here! :)
