On August 30, 2019 I heard this woman speak on this show for the very fist time. She doesn't know this but from that day my life has never been the same. That day I decided to change my life because I was tired of being depressed and I wanted to be happy. Her energy, her words, her humor, her experiences, her stories, her book all impacted my life in a phenomenal way and I can say because of her today I am no longer depressed. I started taking care of myself and loving myself like I was supposed to, and today I can happily say I am at peace within and walking in my Joy. I pray for continued success, happiness and love throughout your career, your journey and your life. Thank you so much Miss Lewis. Much love from Jamaica.

Same for me. That day I first saw her I was so inspired and happy to share with my friends how I had just seen that most amazing women on KZbin. And that from this day on, I was gonna be a new and improved me. I even kicked my leg up like her. And just as I finished my sentence. A Karen tapped me on my shoulder and told me to keep my voice down. The timing was so perfect it felt like a scene in a movie. I said in my head NOT today SATAN. And it took all I had in me not to kick her ass. I said to her someone said when they go low you go high. And she responded, so your going low. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I still regret not kicking her ass. But according to everyone I share this story, say I did the right thing. I keep remembering the words of Miss. Lewis to lead with LOVE and be the light. I would like to believe that I made Tia Lewis proud that day by not letting hate win that day 🥰🥰🥰 Much love from Mexico.

@@CarmichaelEndeavors Pressured speech, short-term memory loss, going from being happy and excited, ready to take on the world to being really depressed and having intrusive thoughts all the time. I’ve gone months with my house looking like a hoarder, trash everywhere, old food boxes, tub dirty anything you can think of. Being promiscuous to having a one track mind. like thats all I’m focused on when I am on that level. whatever it is if I have my mind set on something, I go for it without really thinking it through. I’ve had sex with guys I just met or normally wouldn’t sleep with and afterwords I feel crummy because I’m coming off of my hypomania. Being restless, being agitated for instants you know how kids bother you until they get your attention? I’ll fix my mind on them and look at them but I kind of turn my head like the exorcist because it’s like “what do you want?“ but I don’t hurt them I snap out of it And smile because I love kids. it’s just aggravating for anyone to do. I can cry off the drop of a hat and then turn around and get happy and about 0-10 minutes or I could stay sad. And when I say pressured speech I can lose topic of a lot of things or I may talk loudly And fast to you but in my mind I can’t really hear myself talking so I tend to talk louder. Just a few things that I can think of off the top of my head but depression and promiscuity are a lot of the major things for me. People don’t understand and I think you can just snap out of it if you want to, there are a lot of things you can do to prevent it from being so severe but it’s not that easy. I have lived a good and blessed life I can’t complain, but I had huge episodes every summer that I can think of. And I know that I had it in high school because I had behavior issues but it was left over because I was a black girl tall black girl at that.

I am so upset, and I have not even watched the interview. How can they only talk to her for 30 minutes. 🤯 SHOW SOME RESPECT. I love her so much.🥰

Wisdom. Laughter. A blessing! I grew up in the Baptist church. Jenifer reminds me of preachers. Her voice rises and breaks with TRUTH like thunder, then concludes softly and the listener exhales. She makes me want to carry on.
