That's so cool that you went to the place where your parents are from! My dad is from Ghana and I got to go last winter and it really changed me. Being connected to my linage outside of the US is so cool! I'm glad other people get to experience that too!!!

That is soo cool and sounds so fun! Road trips in general are just great, imagine having the beauty of Australia as your backdrop! I definitely want to explore more of West Africa and hopefully the next time I go to Ghana (in December if I can save enough) I may be able to go to Cote d'Ivoire too! I definitely want to visit some east African countries like Kenya and Somalia! I basically want to go everywhere haha :). I'm saving for a backpacking trip after graduation. I'm choosing between central/south america, europe/south east asia, or west/eastern Africa.

I think my biggest reason why I love Jen is that she, as an Asian American who grew up and educated in the US, does not forget her original culture and original background. I love the way Jenn shoots her travel vlogs because it almost feels like the viewer is on the trip with her and she's just making little comments and pointing out things to look at along the way. It's not just like "look I went here, be jealous" it's like "look at this thing I want to tell you about because I thought it was interesting." I rarely watch any other travel vlogs (or vlogs in general) but her and Martzia's I always like :)

It was my first time in Korea and it was an amazing experience! there is so much shopping and exploring/walking to do~ I especially love the small stores and food stalls in the subway stations!
