I thought I was ready for you today, but I wasn’t ready. Loving these work-outs. Definitely pushing my muscles to the point of fatigue. Getting stronger and seeing results. Thank you!

Hey, thank you! 🩷 usually the back pain is because you’re putting too much pressure on your back to perform the movements, rather than contracting your glutes and really pushing through your pelvis and keeping your core tight. Over time your back, glutes and pelvis will strengthen
