One of the things I love about That Chapter's presentation is that there's actual expression in the narration. A lot of these channels are presented with a dull, monotonous voice, but Mike does a great job of putting some emotion, feeling and whatever else in to it. I've been watching these constantly the last few days. Good content.

Same here! ... With the reasons for enjoying Mike's videos and the binge-watching parts. I can't seem to sleep without at least a good couple of hours, minimum, of our awesome main man, Mike! Honestly, though, after decades of watching all varieties of shows like these, high-production budgets to "simple" (meaning it's left to one ~ a few people to do EVERYTHING, making it definitely NOT simple) videos like Mike's here... And I've got to admit that I've stopped watching many of the others right now because I'd 100% rather watch Mike nail "That Chapter" after "That Chapter"!!!!

As of today, June 27, 2021 Jennifer's body has still not been found and nobody has been convicted of her murder. Fotis made a suicide attempt last year, was brought to the hospital and the decision to pull the plug came days later. He left a note stating he wasn't going to spend another day in prison for something he didn't do. It's not all negative though. Recently Connecticut State Senate passed a bill nicknamed "Jennifers’ Law," which "expands the legal definition of domestic vibolence to include nonviolent coercive control, such as psychological, emotional, sexual, and financial abuse," Hopefully her body will be found soon. Officials continue to say they are not going to stop looking.

This lawyer trying to make it sound like it’s *unfair* that Fotis had to give an explanation for his DNA’s presence. Yes, if my DNA appeared somewhere that it would not typically be found, it WOULD be fair for people to ask for an explanation from me. Even if I didn’t do anything, it would still be understandable and reasonable for people to want an explanation based on the circumstances. That little “shame on you” at the end, as if it’s wrong for people to want to search for the truth, really grinds my gears

They lost both their parents the second that he brutally murdered their mother. I know you're not defending him but the fact that he has since killed himself is totally meaningless. That last part is a guess but it's what I would say, were it me.

I absolutely hate when people use children like pawns or subject them to a violent crazy relationship. I grew up in that chaos and I can tell you it absolutely ruined my life and was so traumatizing I'm still working through stuff as a 37 year old woman..My dad died when I was 6 and I can still vividly remember them physically fighting, I remember him putting a gun in my mom's face. Then he killed himself when my mom finally filed for divorce and all of the trauma has more than scarred me for life...I never married and never will, I have one child and I made a specific point to never argue with my son's father or talk down about him, I never tried to hurt my ex by holding visitation etc. I went so far as to let my ex and his new girlfriend spend the night at my house on Christmas so we both could wake up with our son on Christmas. My son is 16 now and he's never seen anything negative between his father and I, we get along well honestly. We have never played petty games or arguing for stupid reasons, if we had problems we spoke in private and acted like adults bcuz thank God both of us are smart enough and mature enough to realize if it hurts one of us it most likely hurts my son just as much, and his well being in every aspect is a million times more important than being a little jealous bcuz someone is dating a new person or whatever. My son is a great kid with a very bright future and I couldn't be happier or more proud of him!!!

**UPDATE TO THE CASE** I love ya Mike but you gotta at least try to do more updates on past video’s brother! In my opinion, that’s just as interesting and important as a brand new case/video and most certainly worth the time to do! At this point, Fotis has committed suicide by carbon monoxide poisoning in his garage. He actually didn’t do the best job bc first responders got to him and transported him to a hospital where he was later taken off of life support. He left a suicide note, that can be found with some googling I would imagine, but basically in the note he just continued to claim his innocence and the innocence of his girlfriend that he cheated on Jennifer with. Side Note: He actually went on to have 1 or 2 more girlfriends before his death, if you can believe it? He said that he didn’t want to spend one more hour in jail. He stated that he loved his kids and tried to do everything to get them back. (That part could’ve been left out of his, I think we all know how desperate he was to have them, considering he killed Jennifer to do so.) Another Side Note: Apparently he and his company were in an extreme amount of debt. Jennifer’s father actually loaned him millions to help, while Jennifer and Fotis were still married. Fotis repayed some back but not much before Jennifer’s dad died. Jennifer’s mom was keeping track of it though and wasn’t going to let him forget about it. Sheww thank God Fotis didn’t try and kill her too, just to get out from underneath that debt. I suspect that if he would’ve got acquitted w/ Jennifer’s death, she probably would’ve been next. Soooo I think we can all agree, thank God for carbon monoxide lol. OHH ANOTHER BOMBSHELL: So apparently Jennifer’s dad also had $2 million dollars in a trust fund for his grandchildren. Which in my opinion, explains exactly why he was trying so hard to gain custody of his kids back bc he assumed he would be able to say how that money’s spent. Unfortunately Jennifer’s body still hasn’t been found. Oh that reminds me, when Fotis and Michelle, the mistress, we’re making those 30-40 stops at different trash cans and such. At first, she claimed that she never got out and was on her phone the entire time, not even noticing what Fotis was doing. Then some CCTV footage actually showed her getting out once and get this! She claimed that it was to pick up some gum off the street! Wow what an excuse lol!😅. Since Fotis’ death, Michelle has been left holding the bag and still potentially faces year’s in jail, for something she continues to claim she didn’t do. One amazing thing that came out of this whole tragic case! There was a bill passed, Jennifers’ Law. Jennifers' Law is a law in the U.S. state of Connecticut that expands the definition of domestic violence to include "coercive control". The law is named for two women: Jennifer Farber Dulos and Jennifer Magnano. Let’s continue to keep Jennifer and her family in our thoughts and prayers, so that hopefully one day, her body will be found and her loved one’s can give her a proper memorial. This is such a sad case, all for what, a mistress that was nowhere near as beautiful as Jennifer both inside and out. We’ve got to keep Jennifer’s memory alive! If anyone who’s reading this and is experiencing domestic abuse and are fearful for both your life and your kid’s live’s. Help is out there. After contacting law enforcement, they can offer aid and assist you in staying in a local domestic abuse shelter. Where you’ll be safe and surrounded by others like yourself who can empathize. You’ll be given a counselor that will listen and does truly care. My heart goes out to you & you’ll be in my thoughts & prayers! For anonymous, confidential help, 24/7, please call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233 (SAFE) or 1-800-787-3224 (TTY). Okay my finger’s hurt lol, Mike’s lucky he gets to talk into a camera. Mike if you’re reading this, I’m more than happy to join the team and assist with the update video’s lol!😅 … Thank you guy’s so much for reading this! I’ll see you real soon in the next one. Fotis Dulos died on Jan. 30, 2020, two days after attempting suicide in the Farmington home where he had lived with Jennifer Dulos and later with Troconis. She and Mawhinney are now the remaining defendants in the case. Both have pleaded not guilty to charges and are free on bond while their cases are pending. Troconis is due back in court Sept. 14. Mawhinney will appear in court on Sept. 23,2021.

@A B Actually, that's exactly what presumption of innocence means. The accused is in no way responsible for explaining how evidence showed up somewhere, or didn't show up somewhere. That's the responsibility of the prosecutor's office to present evidence showing that the accused committed the crime beyond a reasonable doubt. The police can come to your house and charge you with hit and run DUI. They can say they have video of you buying alcohol at a store. They can say that the color of your vehicle matched the color of the vehicle that was seen in the area. You are under no obligation to help them with their investigation by trying to explain how they got their evidence. A lawyer would tell you to shut up and not say anything because the police are not there to investigate your innocence. Their job is to find someone to charge for a crime and then let the court handle it.

All they have against these two is circumstantial evidence. Their is no solid proof these two people committed this crime . What the lawyer has said does impute questions to their guilt. That's obvious. Especially jennifer writing a book that " sort of" not totally" but " sort of verifies" she was aware of the story line concocted in that book. They refer to. In this video. It's not fully accurate. The facts. But their are some facts in Jennifer's book " which imply she might have done that. Call a spade a spade. Dont call a spade a banana or a table. Or even a jaguar. Call a spade a spade. Even if it appears there two are gulity" the bottom line is" their presently exists " no solid proof" that the two accused in this video are guilty of this crime. Ah... it is sad, yes, that your partner and father of your children is capable of stuff of like this. But clearly it's not "most men" who are like this, only a few jerks. And what is interesting to me is that another woman was his mistress and somewhat-accomplice. The mistress initially lied for him to investigators. I feel sorry for victims, and feel loathing towards predators, but those two things don't have clear-cut gender/sex lines. You know this. I'm just being *that* woman. ;-)

Otherwise, walking in and out of the room, standing with her attorney and facing the judge you'd be hard pressed to notice she was even in the room. A mouse makes more noise.* *Fotis was restless but trying to contain himself. He slightly panned the packed courtroom. There was a large turnout of the public, those of us determined to see him face justice for the vile heinous evil he did. He had an energy that was spastic, if he would have had the chance. He was the exact opposite of evil Michelle. She was absurdly cool, calm and collected. He was ready to jump out of his skin. He was like an animal.
