The distance from Jeff's neighborhood and the CCTV where he was captured is only .8 miles which is approximately 2 minutes Drive time. This is so rare. I’ve been a defender for 20 years and I’ve never seen it happen. He very likely told his lawyer “I did it” and the insisted on testifying! And this is the ethical solution to that because the lawyer can’t knowingly suborn perjury, but the defendant has an absolute right to testify. This is the result.

I think he watched the Karen Read trial and took the "police cover up" idea from that. She is actually being framed, that can be and has been established. This dude is so guilty the thought of a cover up is laughable. Im surprised the jurors arent keeled over laughing any time Telles opens his mouth. It’s called narrative form of testimony, I can tell you that as a defender for 20 years I’ve never seen or done. It happens because a defense lawyer can’t knowingly put on false testimony, but the defendant has a right to testify. If the defendant had told his lawyer he intended to lie, the lawyer could not call him as a witness. But defendant still has the right to testify. The solution: narrative testimony. The jury doesn’t get instructed on that fact.

2:37:00 forward pretty much ends this witch hunt for me. 2:38:40 the Detective pooh poohs the fact they found nothing relevant in Telles residence Ring Camera Video. They didn't include any of this video because it showed the SUV never moving out of the driveway on 9-2-2022 between the times of the crime on Bronze Circle. Are we to assume they would not have included video showing it had MOVED on 9-2-2022? course not. The State was intentionally curating the video evidence to support their narrative. Likewise the Defense was delinquent in not providing the jury full raw copies of what this Detective reviewed to reach her conclusion it was irrelevant to the case. Little else could be more relevant than ring camera video showing his SUV SITTING when the State's entire case against Telles relies upon the SUV being GONE from Spanish Steps residence between the time cited and being used in a murder. The nerve she has to sit there and pooh pooh this is astonishing to me. Likewise her partner was simply lying in earlier testimony. Being deceptive my citing a later installed cameras as being of no help in his inquiry.

Think for just 2 seconds, dude. If that footage existed and showed the Yukon in the driveway the entire time, it would have been in the family's hands and been the centerpiece of the defense. Telles is guilty, but he is also completely right about the corrupt ties between the County Administrator's Office, Compass Realty, and likely the probate court. Ironically, the same media outlet that Jeff German worked for has run several stories on this, including an extensive article on January 25, 2024.
