Erika... I have a question to make Recently I was looking for some Cher moments in the 70's... Do you acknowledge how much you look like her? I mean Not even remembering I felt like she saw like someone I knew, then I realized that both of you have that beautiful face and my mind just blows! It's just amazing ❤

So a lot of the lambily didn’t have a favorable reaction to the performance, probably because it differed so much much Mariah’s style. Jennifer’s voice is naturally less agile than Mariah’s, so the slower tempo and simplified runs made sense. Personally I think she did a great job, and people should remember than Mariah herself was heavily influenced by this old gospel style of singing (Aretha was her biggest idol).
