Watching all her backstage interviews, from the Oscars, from the Golden Globes, it's really interesting to me that she talks the same way, she has the same mannerism, she makes fun of everyone, including herself etc., and in the previous videos, comments mostly like her, and in this one, hate her. I do understand it , cause she's in the headlines for years now, and people can get tired of celebs pretty soon, but it is weird when you start to hate someone just because you're sick of sad person. Wow. The phone bit was literally two sentences in a joking manner. I don't think she was meaning to be rude. This is a tiring event, and she's a busy actress, so she probably wanted to keep things in a light mood. Although, what she said is true. People go to concerts, games, and other performances, but they film the whole thing and watch it from behind their screen. Rarely does it seem like people view the whole experience with only their eyes.

Seriously, that phone comment was a 20 second bit out of a 6 minute interview that went fairly well. There were several other people speaking with accents whom she did not crack a joke at. She's obviously tired and she was just saying whatever popped into her head because that is what she is used to doing. It's also funny how people are commenting that the journalist was looking at a translation when really their source of information is random people on the internet who commented that the journalist was PROBABLY looking through his phone as a translator. It's just weird when I see people who get so disproportionately mad at a celebrity. Like, chill, don't you have other things in your life to worry about? Yeah, but when you're as famous and influential as Jennifer is, to have to take precautions over what you say. Every tiny word could be twisted by the media to make you look bad. To be honest, I think that while the comment was unnecessary and in bad taste, she didn't deserve the backlash, but she should watch what she says. It's sad that celebrities have to do so (take precautions), but that's the price of fame.
