Nice ideas. I stay away from this type of die because I don't want to spend all day gluing the little pieces in place. These tips makes it so easy to make this type of card front. I like to be able to use the "waste pieces for a 2nd card. I hate wasting the pretty designs that are left.
@TravelBound20243 жыл бұрын
You just gave me a terrific tip for a die that I bought and was about to get rid of because I wasn’t sure how I could use it. I will try this technique. Also I happen to love that your videos are long. I get a cup of tea and make cards while watching. With short videos, I am constantly stopping and looking for another video to watch. With yours I get 30 minutes interrupted time. Longtime fan, I don’t comment much but always watch!

@@jennifermcguireink every idea you gave is simply wonderful, and you’re an excellent teacher. At 4 minute mark, you’re using masking tape. Would press ‘n seal work here as well?
@jennifermcguireink2 жыл бұрын
The reason I didn't use Press n Seal is because it has a little give and I needed the pieces to be exactly in the right place for this technique. Since the masking paper is more "rigid" it was a better choice I thought

😃👍🏻 thx for making this but just a thought? ♥☻☺ Perhaps it would have been a good idea to use 3 unique different contrasting colored papers 1) embossed background 2) masking paper 3) die cuts paper. I kept getting confused with what is with what on top of that since everything was white hahah lol 🤣( perhaps I'm the only one with my head stuck in the clouds... haha wouldn't be the first time.) then 2:59 the glaring made it really hard to make out what was happening. 🤣 Just a thought, thanks again for making this 😃👍🏻 Merry x'mas and have a great day♥☻☺
