As many other commenters have said, Jenny is a dignified, gracious individual, even after a great disappointment. Her answer to the tough Shelby Houlihan question was fairly diplomatic, and I appreciate that she didn't come out and pretend to know whether or not Shelly's explanation was true. She sure didn't support Shelly, that's for sure. She made it clear that we should let the experts determine Shelby's guilt or innocence after letting other experts make her case in defence. Jenny is a great representative of her country. Some American athletes are too brash, too arrogant and too disrespectful, but she is a great representative.

WADA should come out with the evidence they have on Shelby, the amount of steroid found in her system was so minute that it would not have helped her in any way, and Btw, that is not how steroids are introduced to the system, not by eating anyway and that particular type of steroid is used for recovery not enhancement; did Shelby make a mistake, yes, 10 hours before a test I'm wondering why she would go to a food truck, athletes are so disciplined, personally would you trust a food truck? My main point is, WADA show us the evidence is there more to it to have ruined this woman's athletic career?

@axelarroyo32863 жыл бұрын
You have not read the facts. Shelby had a significant amount over the limit and we have no reason for that now since she did not order a pork burrito. It's also pretty weird as normally after a positive test it's announced right away. This was announced half a year later. There is no reason for the late announcement. Shelby was a scratch on at least one race. Her team said she could not race but said she ran a great time trial. Why did she not race? Bc she could not due to suspension. So why enter at all? It's ridiculous. Nike is ingrained in everything here and they delayed official announcement thinking it'd be overturned and they could sweep it under the rug. I don't see how one can be satisfied if this suspension is overturned.
@mstrunn3 жыл бұрын
@@axelarroyo3286 5nl/ml will do nothing to enhance performance and would she be so stupid to inject the drug knowing fully well a test was looming? The drug is found in meats and until WADA comes out with more evidence I side with Shelby's explanation and the integrity of Jerry Schumacher, I have read the facts and quite frankly what they have published is garbage.
