Hi Jenny! Well, I tried your recipe and THEY ARE DELICIOUS!!!!!!! I needed to take the time to give you this feeback. I actually used no rising agent and I cut the sugar amount in half, and they are DELICIOUS!!! And they are definitely healthy! I used walnuts and dark chocolate pieces in my dough. That, in conjunction with the melted chocolate and the cocoa, it's quite healthy indeed. I use 100% pure cocoa (not processed with alcali), and the chocolate I use is 85% cocoa. I will check out more of your recipes. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe, Jenny! Take care and you look great!

Great tip about how to properly measure flour. I never heard that and will try. Still hanging out here during the Plandemic, enjoying comforting cooking shows, reminded that the simple things in life are the best. I had heard about measuring flour this way before...watching another video. Definitely, never dip your measuring cup in the flour to scoop it out. I do find myself tapping the cup to be sure all holes find in....so I will foll ow jenny's tip from now on
