Have you thought about shifts 6pm-10pm 10pm-2am 2am-6am 6am-noon Noon-6pm Easier to stay awake during the day and the other person gets to catch up on sleep

Love it. Noob question. Why do you need to run your engine when you out in open sea 🌊? Your mask and genoa were up.

It just depends on the wind. Sometimes we had wind and could sail, other times we didn’t and had to motor. Plus, using the engine helps to counter the equatorial current that was pushing us too far East. Good question!

Absolutely - we are so happy we spent 7 years exploring.
