Madam, when you get free kindly answer my two questions. 1) which form of the verb is used with suppose? 2) Is it must that all essays have hook sentence, background and thesis statement, supporting etc?

Hi Ikuo ☀️. Thanks for watching. I am still working on the idiom lesson I mentioned earlier.... it's just been hard to find the time 😅. Anyways, thank you for your well wishes. I hope that everything is going well with you 🌻. Thanks also for your example words with more than one pronunciation. 'Neither' is similar to the words in this lesson where people pronounce the exact same word two different ways, and the rest of the examples you gave are homographs. Homographs have the same spellings, but different pronunciations because the meaning of the word changes as well👍🏻. To be honest, at first I could only think of the word number as having one correct pronunciation (with the 'b' pronounced and the word being a noun or verb), but then I suddenly remembered the comparative form of the adjective 'numb' where the 'b' would be silent 😁. Thanks for the good example 🤩.

@@JeNsJyugyou Hi JeN.Thank you for the response.I can hardly distinguish the difference between heteronyms and homographs😵.Anyways,I'm going to keep up the good work in learning English. Have a nice weekend. Ikuo Suenaga from Japan.

Hi Ikuo 😎. No worries, I think many people get them confused...and I suppose the way I wrote my comment may also create confusion. 'Homograph' is a very broad term and a heteronym is a type of homograph. Homographs are words that are spelled the same, but have more than one meaning. Heteronyms are a type of homograph that are spelled the same, have more than one meaning, and are also pronounced differently. ✨ So your example words are heteronyms 👍🏻.
