I have been walking 20,000+ steps everyday. Someday I go as high as 35,000 steps. A lot of benefit to both my physical and mental.

Same here. It takes about 3 hours of my day but it is definitely worth it. Except for Saturdays which are my rest and junk food days- it has been so beneficial to me. And I sleep like a baby!

Imagine I’ve done this for 4 1/2 years now. 20k-40k steps a day. All from walking my dogs it’s how I keep them tired in the house. Also keeps me in shape. All walk no running.

Very informative information and very motivation. I started 10 000 steps 4 months ago. I have progressed to 20 000 and am on my 5th day now. I am 64 yrs old and am enjoying it very much. I do my brisk walking early morning. I do it just under 2 hrs and 45 mins. 👌

On average, I've been doing 15,000 steps a day for 25 days straight. Not dieting, though. I've reduced inflammation all over though. The one thing I noticed is a rash due to rubbing body parts against each other or clothing. Take that into consideration. Walking is awesome but it'll give you a chafing between your legs

Awesome achievement! I also did a 26k+ steps a day for about 10 days and I also started at 4am for the same reasons. walking is the best for fat burning. I will be starting up again as I too got sick (a stomach bug), but I also wonder if it was related to the walking.

Please take note that if you don't monitor your diet, your fat losses aren't going to be notable. I've been doing 20k steps/day for 6 months and i haven't lost a pound of my belly fat, although my stamina has rapidly increased and my chest feels more capable for longer sprints.

Remember to measure your steps with smartphone. NOT WRISTBAND OR WATCH. they will always show waayyy more steps than you actually took.

you DO have 3 hours to walk. just take a break every hour and walk 10 minutes. that will get you 160 minutes for the day....almost 3 hours.

started to walk 20000 steps a day a week ago. Live in a montainous wooded area so its really a wonderfull way to exercise. Dont bother comuting to The gym anymore. Do push ups an rows under the kitchen table instead. Still to fat to do even one pull up but i hope i soon can do pull ups instead of rows. Feels Great. Oh, and by The way, im a pureblood, would t dare to exercise if i had The mRNA jab.

In the 30-days I lost about 15 lbs. Overall throughout the time I started making changes to the end of the 20K challenge I had lost about 26lbs. Unfortunately I have gained some of it back through gyms being closed and not making up for it at home. It is not sustainable for me to hit 20k steps a day and simply eating less is not enough to keep the weight off.

I liked the video, it was the first one of yours that I have watched. I was looking for some statistics though, how much did you weigh at the beginning, how much at the end? BMI is difficult to calculate but If you use the same methodology it will show a change which should be fairly accurate. Not sure if you are comfortable with me for and after pictures but you did show some photos and they are always helpful as well. Good luck to you.

20k is amazing you know you can do it easily just increase it gradually do 10 k for days Make sure you have are having a good posture is it may hurt you a bit and you can get sores I do it it by walking fo my college And I play the audio podcasts of my lessons It is awesome the amount of energy you get after it.!

It was a calorie deficit compared to my previous eating habits but not an overall deficit. I tried to eat food my body would more easily burn and less likely convert to fat storage.

Over achiever ? Lol... Mate do u know that small thing... Called JOB. I work in 8 hours a day in logistics. My average steps in those 8 hours is 15 000 - 25 000 steps depends on the day...combine that with extra 10 tons of cargo lifted by hand. It's a daily routine for around 4 years now. One problem I encountered... I can't put any body mass. Idk how much calories I need to eat to gain anything...
