Very informative information and very motivation. I started 10 000 steps 4 months ago. I have progressed to 20 000 and am on my 5th day now. I am 64 yrs old and am enjoying it very much. I do my brisk walking early morning. I do it just under 2 hrs and 45 mins. 👌

On average, I've been doing 15,000 steps a day for 25 days straight. Not dieting, though. I've reduced inflammation all over though. The one thing I noticed is a rash due to rubbing body parts against each other or clothing. Take that into consideration. Walking is awesome but it'll give you a chafing between your legs

In the 30-days I lost about 15 lbs. Overall throughout the time I started making changes to the end of the 20K challenge I had lost about 26lbs. Unfortunately I have gained some of it back through gyms being closed and not making up for it at home. It is not sustainable for me to hit 20k steps a day and simply eating less is not enough to keep the weight off.

Over achiever ? Lol... Mate do u know that small thing... Called JOB. I work in 8 hours a day in logistics. My average steps in those 8 hours is 15 000 - 25 000 steps depends on the day...combine that with extra 10 tons of cargo lifted by hand. It's a daily routine for around 4 years now. One problem I encountered... I can't put any body mass. Idk how much calories I need to eat to gain anything...

Very admirable challenge, however that lunch cucumber and avocado... Seriously not sustainable for most people, looks like too much of a deficit. I hope you kept a healthy bodyweight though !

I broke my intermittent fast with cucumbers and avocados. I ate whatever we were making for my family for dinner only doing my best not to eat the food my kids didn't finish.
