Classic top gear was one of those things where we didn’t know how good we had it. It really will be hard to ever replicate it because the reason it worked so well wasn’t because it was about cars, it was the fact the trio could literally do anything and be entertaining. I actually do as well but it seems we are in the minority as amazon data apparantly showed a majority of viewers akipping those segments. Thus, they decided to dedicate whole episodes to nothing but their adventures. While i do miss the live audience segments with the fun banter, and the cool wall, and just good ol fashioned car talk.....i dont find myself rewatching episodes like that. Its the specials and the crazy journeys they go on that i was always looking forward to so i do understand why they did it. I'm just glad they didnt stop at the end of grand tour season 3.
