The greatest president America had FOR THE PEOPLE of the United States was Franklin Delano Roosevelt, who took from the rich to create America's middle class. He was the longest term president, serving nearly 3 terms. It is not the limits that effect a president, but his or her character. Limits will not change the life unelected life-long deepstate, but a president with character can control them and guide them in the right direction.

During the Vietnam war the military had a draft... No one liked the draft but it had a democratizing effect. Theoretically the draft took all classes, religions and races... Because of this, a good deal of opposition to the war came from within the military itself. When the draft ended the army resorted to recruiting kids that had no other options. It was their own decision to join so if they objected to a war, they did not protest, because it was just a job. Once in, they found food service, electrical and other services out sourced to private companies. Except for bureaucratic skills, these soldiers were nothing more than canon fodder. If they avoided death of injury they learned very few if any marketable skill for use out side of the service. They are being used...
