SPOILERS Jeremy to me is probably the best savory asian cook of MC Canada. His meals are not always elegant; he slightly lacks in creativity imo, he was kicked in the last season by foreign to him school of cooking (French, if I'm not mistaken). But his meals look very tasty, with a lot of variety of flavors, not shy of using different spices and exotic ingredients. He introduced a lot of people to Philippine cooking and it feels like he did justice for his own quisine. Not the best, but I like him a lot.
