For a solid 17 years I’ve been a phone-slinging, one-call-closing Ace, kicking A$$ and taking nombres. Jeremy is on point with all of his content and I’m learning so much more and I can’t wait to apply it !

Another great video! No one does it better! Question for you... Is it possible for you to do a video on overcoming the I went online and saw some bad reviews objection? I have not seen you address that before. That would be extremely helpful. Thanks for the great content!

The suggestion about getting the customer to get into solution based thinking as opposed to cost based thinking is great and I can see it work... The problem with my industry ( diagnostic testing to private clinicians) is that I don't really sell B2B, end of game. I sell B2B but then they have to sell the testing to their clients and we bill their clients. It's such a weird field to sell in!!

In competitive markets such as WEB3 customers often have backup companies in their pocket. What action would you Jeremy take if a customer says "we'll buy the same thing but cheaper from a competitor". That's to the question of relative cost, how do you work with someone like that?

What about the objection “I’m in, but I don’t get paid until next week?”
@fiyazhossain4960
@fiyazhossain4960 4 ай бұрын
1. Ask them if they are emotionally invested into whatever you are selling. 2. Ask them why they are invested (get them to persuade themselves) 3. Discuss how they feel they can resolve this issue for them 4. Diffuse the objection by providing an alternative viewpoint & isolate the objection (“suppose you get paid & the money landed on your lap, would you move forward with XYZ?”) 5. Get them to commit to a deposit or payment plan OR in worst case scenarios, get them to commit to another call next week where you will take the payment

I'll be honest, if I was the customer and I was asked these questions, I'd be pretty angry as it obviously sounds like I'm being guilt tripped into buying.

That’s just a limiting belief. Everything you want is on the other side of a few hard conversations. These are hard conversations.

Honestly, every 6months I stop to listen to this guy’s sales pitch and then I’m reminded of how he is really poor at this. 1st rule of sales is Always Always Always AGREE. When you start with this prescription or neuro whatever rubbish he is explaining, “in what way? Too expensive” bla bla, you automatically go into disagreement with the customer and make them justify their earlier position. As they justify their position, they buy further into their position and amplify the gulf between you (seeking an agreement) and them, (seeking the discount). I will run circles around this person in a sales cycle. There is no way he makes money selling sales training. Lol

nice vague information of course ur doing this for money like everyone else on yt
@tee9979
@tee9979 7 ай бұрын
Not really, it’s not vague, it’s a framework you can tailor to any industry. The whole point of this video is get the customer thinking that the initial price is worth it because it’ll produce the results they want and save them money or more headaches down the line. Before you make the sale you need to get the customer thinking of the results that’ll happen by paying that price and that the results are worth the money.
