This is the culture I am looking for from the banks. Banks' culture is too rigid. I suggest switching your mind to work and the dress code shouldn't be so rigid. I Enjoy the Dress code culture at the Development Bank Ghana.

Depends in the fintech and its location. I believe its the language of whatever the country is. In my case it was English or French
