Cool Video. One of the coolest things to add as you go, is go to some of the distilleries on the Bourbon Trail. On one of our tours we tasted the mash, the white dog, and single barrel to better understand how it develops flavors trough the process. And then taking your own sample straight from the barrel. Then on to the tasting room where we sampled 5 different Bourbons and really got a good comparison of what they offer and how the flavors vary and develop based on the aging, mashbill, and environment, etc. Love your channel and advise.

Looks like fun. I signed up for the year. When you go to the website there is a link to a cigar club. But, the cigar club is not specifically for pairing with whisky. I think that is a good idea. A cigar selection picked by experts with flavor profiles specifically to pair with different whisky with a card explaining why this profile goes with scotch or Canadian, or Rye….What do you think?

If you have the opportunity, try Signal Hill whiskey from Canada. Very smooth, great, flavor, even though it is only 80 proof. It is a Canadian bourbon style whiskey.
