should police investigate admissions made by the Sun newspaper following their settlement with Prince Harry yesterday?
Harry had taken legal action over allegations of unlawful information gathering at News Group Newspapers The Sun and the News of the World - but the trial was called off at the eleventh hour after both parties reached an agreement.
Harry received a "full and unequivocal apology" from Rupert Murdoch's firm, as well as substantial damages - although the amount is unknown it's thought to be between 10 and 20 million pounds.
